Announcing The Predictre Non-Profit Partnership
Inspired by Salesforce’s 1% Model, the Predictre team sought ways to contribute to our communities. As a firm dedicated to real estate, we could use some of our time to building homes for Habitat for Humanity. Alternatively, as a technology firm, we could develop websites with organizations like Code for America. For example, in 2019, Predictre’s CEO, Michael, helped build a website with Code for America’s Durham chapter to promote and pass the largest affordable housing bond in North Carolina history.
Ultimately, two main factors shaped our decision on how to give back:
Since real estate is one of the last industries to adopt technology at scale, we believe that organizations focused on affordable housing should not be on the lagging edge of the industry adoption curve.
Because communities across the US are facing unprecedented affordability crises, we saw an opportunity for our technology to directly impact peoples’ lives from coast to coast.
Ultimately, we decided that the best way we could help would be to empower the organizations working on the front lines of affordable housing. As a result, the Predictre team is proud to announce
The Predictre Non-Profit Partnership
We will provide qualifying non-profits focused on affordable housing access to our analytics tools to push forward their missions of building, preserving, and promoting affordable housing in municipalities, counties, and regions across the US.
To kick off this partnership, our first Non-Profit Partner conducts important research and advocacy work for affordable housing in North Carolina.
